Below you'll see the steps required to cancel a prepaid account.
IMPORTANT
- It is important to always verify the account
- Attempt to retain the customer- Once a number is canceled, we can not reconnect the account
- If they want to port out a number, inform them to complete the port-out procedure with the new carrier, and then the system will close the account.
1. Verify the account, and confirm the account holder
2. If verified, click the active button
3. Then select Inactive
4. In Inactive Issue, select "CC - Customer Request"
5. In connection Type, choose "Electronically"
6. Then click on update status
