ACP + Lifeline Accounts

Last Update 3 years ago

ACP and Lifeline accounts will have 2 separate accounts. Both accounts will have the same phone

number.

The ACP account is the Parent account.

If requested,
You can cancel either account by going to that account and following the normal process

But you will always probe and try to retain the customer if they try to cancel one or both of the accounts.
Retain the customer with the following rebuttals

1. We worked under the 2 biggest networks in the USA
2. Both network handle 5G speed

3. We have promotion every months, such as the 3GB for $1 autopay promo

4. We offer discounts on our cellphones to our loyal customers

- If the Lifeline account is cancelled, the ACP account will switch to the 7GB plan.

- If the ACP account is cancelled, the Lifeline only account will switch to a 4GB plan.

All allowed account changes and top ups should be made to the ACP(Parent) account

It will make the change to the Lifeline(Child) account when they are both active.

If they are not both active, then make the change/top up to the active account.

All available ACP top ups are available for ACP + Lifeline accounts and Lifeline only accounts. The 3GB for

$1 autopay top up is also available for Lifeline.

Non-usage messages are sent to the ACP (Parent) account when it is an ACP + Lifeline account.

Both will be disconnected if there is no usage after 45 days.

If only the Lifeline account is active, it will receive the messages and be disconnected after 45 days of no usage.

The Lifeline account will have +LL after the number if they are both active.
