Yes, after you purchase your phone and/or plan, you will receive an email with instructions on how to transfer (or port) your number over to Gen Mobile/us. We will need your phone number, account number, account address and PIN code from your current carrier. You may need to contact your current carrier for this information. Once we submit the number transfer request, it may take up to 48 hours for your current carrier to release your phone number.
