How to add a GSM Imei to Inventory

1. This could either mean the IMEI hasn't been added to the inventory yet or it doesn't belong to Gen Mobile.
2. Ask for the IMEI number.
3. Check if it is a GSM-compatible device by clicking here 

4. If Compatible, it can be uploaded to our inventory.

To add an IMEI to the inventory you will have to follow these steps: 

Step 1: Select Inventory
Step 2: Click on Manage Inventory

Step 3: Click on Add Units

Step 4: Select Unit Type and Upload Type
Step 5: Fill in all required fields.
1. Unit Type ➙ GSM Device

2. Upload Type ➙ Single Unit

Fill In only the fields marked with an (*) with the following information:

  • Device ID ➙ IMEI #
  • Company Name ➙ GENMOBILE
  • Agent Type ➙ Master
  • Shipper (When you click on Agent Type the "shipper" field is going to change to the one you choose under "Agent Type") ➙ Ecommerce Website(CS) EMERIOS (AS)
  • Model ➙ BYOD GSM
  • PO#  ➙IMEI #
  • Tracking Number ➙ IMEI #
  • BOX  ➙ IMEI #
  • Carrier(It depends on what type of account the customer has)  ➙ TMO or ATT

Step 6: Click "Submit" When done fill in the required fields.

Once the IMEI is in the inventory you need to connect it to the sim card to be used:

Click on Submit, and now both SIM and IMEI are in the inventory and ready to be used.
