How can I know if the SIM card is TMO or AT&T?

- In the middle, you have to see the digit 7 or 3 so you know what type of carrier it is. TMO: 7 ATT: 3

If the SIM card is not in the inventory but it belongs to Gen Mobile:

This could either mean the sim card hasn’t been added to the inventory yet or it doesn’t belong to Gen Mobile:

1. Ask for the SIM Card number.

2. If the SIM number given by the customer appears on the file, it belongs to Gen Mobile.

3. Once confirmed it does, proceed to add the SIM to the inventory.
