AT&T and T-Mobile Port Updates

Please follow the steps based on the type of change.

Port to Active AT&T Account

For a port in on an active AT&T account, create a new activation. Select Port as the activation type.

You will need a new SIM card.

Make sure to create the new account on the same plan.

When the port in and new account creation is complete, cancel the original account.

Port to Active T-Mobile Account

For a port in on an active T-Mobile account, port in to the existing account.
Create a new activation

You will need a new SIM card.

Make sure to create the new account on the same plan.

Carrier Change from AT&T to T-Mobile

For a carrier change from an existing AT&T to T-Mobile, complete a port to the existing account with a new T-Mobile SIM card.

Carrier Change from T-Mobile to AT&T

For a carrier change from an existing T-Mobile account to AT&T, complete a port to the existing account with a new AT&T SIM card. 


If its an ACP Account which wants to port in a number to an active  ACP account

If Atnt: 

You will need a new SIM card.

You will perform the Port In within the active account

If T-Mobile:
You can use the same sim card on the account

You will perform the Port In within the active account
