When in need to transfer to another Gen Mobile department, you should dial the short extension number:

| Customer Service | 4000 |
| Port Department | 4021 |
| Dealer Support | 4018 |
| Agent Support | 4030 |
| Cancellation Department | 4022 |
- Do not transfer to the 1800 #
- Transferring to the extension # will avoid the IVR, therefore the customer would wait less time for the next representative.
- Transfers outside Gen Mobile are not allowed. E.g., transferring to Lifeline or another company.
For any customers who submit or threaten to submit a complaint with a state or federal regulatory agency, state or federal commission, or attorney general complaint, the email below should be provided.
