RESOLUTION REQUIRED::8A-ACCOUNT NUMBER REQUIRED OR INCORRECT.- [00]
When the account number is incorrect or required it will most likely detect this error. The customer needs to contact his old carrier in order to provide them with the correct account number.

RESOLUTION REQUIRED::6D-MDN_NOT_ACTIVE
This means when the number they are trying to port doesn't have active telephone service with a carrier, notify the customer that the number has to be active to bring it with us.
The customer may have canceled the mobile phone service already, or just let it expire.

RESOLUTION REQUIRED::6B-T-MOBILE NUMBER TRANSFER PIN IS REQUIRED OR INCORRECT
The customer has to contact his carrier in order to update the transfer PIN, the transfer PIN is only valid for 7 days in some carriers, so advise them when they have the new PIN they have to contact us as soon as possible.

RESOLUTION REQUIRED::8D-ZIP_CODE_REQ_OR_INCORRECT
You must have the correct ZIP code for a successful port, with prepaid accounts the ZIP code attached to the account may not be the actual ZIP code of the account holder. Often the local dealer who sold the SIM inputs their own ZIP code and it does not match the customer. Advise them to contact the old carrier in order to provide them with the correct ZIP code.

INPROGRESS::6G-PORT COMPLEXITY
This means that the other company has not released that phone number, you can advise the customer to contact them to release them.
If more than (1) day has passed and it is still in progress, it is because they have not released it.

Portin status fail.Conflict ~ statusReasonCode - 1P ~ statusReasonDescription - Other Reason- [951]
An unspecified error condition occurred when there are wrong information when the port was made those information can be, Account, Transfer Pin or Zipcode, please advise the customer to get in touch with the other carrier to confirm the information

Query Portin- COMPLETE|activate subscriber- IMEI not match with master table.
This could happen because the IMEI is not compatible, ask them if they have another IMEI and then go ahead and proceed with the port.

RESOLUTION REQUIRED::1P-OTHER
An unspecified error condition occurred when trying to validate the port in information.

RESOLUTION REQUIRED::6P-MDN HAS SERVICE PROVIDER PORT PROTECTION
What is Port Protection?
Is a feature that helps prevent your number and account from being transferred or “ported out” accidentally or by an unauthorized user to another carrier.
In this case, the customer will have to call the other service provider and inform them that you would like your number made available for porting, they may have to turn off a feature, or you may just need a special PIN from them to submit when retrying your port.

RESOLUTION REQUIRED::6P-CRICKET NUMBER TRANSFER PIN REQUIRED OR INCORRECT
Advise the customer to contact the old carrier in order to provide them with the correct PIN.

RESOLUTION REQUIRED::6B-FRAUD PROTECTION - CUSTOMER MUST OK PORT- [00]
This is when the customer receives a text message to confirm that they want to port the phone number, they have to click "OK" when you have selected that one then the port will be completed, if the customer did not receive the text message you have to contact the carrier again to have it sent to you.
That fraud protection can mean one thing when you finish the process of the text message, they have to put the correct transfer PIN

Error!!subscriberNumber is Not Eligible[ 948 ]
This mean that the phone number is not eligible to port with us, explain them to contact the other carrier to let them know what is the problem or the status of the account.

Portin status fail.Conflict ~ statusReasonCode - 1P ~ statusReasonDescription - REMOVE NUMBER LOCK ON VERIZON ACCOUNT[ 951 ]
The customer needs to contact the other carrier so they can remove the phone number lock on Verizon account and be able to make the port process without any issue.

CHECK PORTABILITY
When you add the phone number that the customer wants to port for example:

Failure THE MSISDN IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PORT IN| NUMBER_IN_REQUESTED_BILL_SYS
- That's mean that the customer have a bill payment pending and for that it cant be eligible to port, let them know that they have to contact the other carrier in order to port the phone number with us.

This MSIDN is not eligible for the Portin. ATT RSLR not eligible to PI to NCI, PI to local mkt then move to NCI
Whenever you see this kind of error you have to proceed with a carrier swap before you make or you proceed with the port, you will need to make a SIM card replacement asking for a TMO SIM card, for this we are going to make SIM Card replacement as a TICKET "PORT SIM REQUEST" after the carrier swap is done you can proceed and make the port.
Please make sure to create a TICKET, DO NOT make a SIM Card replacement as an "Equipment Purchase"

Failure THE MSISDN IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PORT IN | PORT_IN_REQUEST_IN_PROCESS
This mean that there's a pending port, check on Ports> Port In> Pending Portin, put the MDN that the customer is trying to Port and there you will see the Pending Port, also the customer may have a pending port with another service provide.

This MSIDN is not eligible for the Portin. Number already assigned to NBI
Whenever you see this kind of error you have to proceed with a new SIM in this case the account is ATT you have to provide them with a TMO SIM card and vice versa, for this we are going to make SIM Card replacement as a TICKET "PORT SIM REQUEST", now you can complete the Port without any problem, don't forget to Check Portability.
Please make sure to create a TICKET, DO NOT make a SIM Card replacement as an "Equipment Purchase"

This MSIDN is not eligible for the Portin. NPA/NXX not in Billing System, submit a ticket
This could mean that the phone number is not active or we are writing the wrong number in our end, please make to write correctly the phone number that need to be port.

This MSIDN is not eligible for the Portin. Internal Port-in is not allowed, Please Perform Move Flow.
Whenever you see this error that means that the customer is trying to bring a MDN under the same Network(ATT-ATT), for this we are going to make SIM Card replacement as a TICKET "PORT SIM REQUEST" asking for the opposite carrier example: if the account is ATT the customer will need a TMO SIM and vice versa after that we're going to make the port process with a carrier swap.
