Web - Applicant ID Validation Process

Last Update a year ago

Follow existing applicant review rules for web orders. When verifying the Applicant's selfie, you will have a picture of the Applicant’s Photo ID next to the selfie. The Applicant's face must match the picture on the Photo ID and the information on the Photo ID needs to match the application.

Applicant Review Resolutions

Based on the review of the Applicant's selfie, enter a resolution;

▪ For all approvals enter Approved-Same Faces.

▪ For Rejections enter Different Faces, Picture of Picture or Photocopy, or No Faces (this can be used if there is no face on the Applicant selfie or Photo ID section) if you are not able to verify the selfie.

These should be used first before rejecting an Invalid Photo ID. When rejecting based on the Photo ID, enter the reason the Photo ID was rejected. Rejecting based on the Photo ID should be done when the selfie would have been approved.

Important note: The address on the Photo ID does not need to match the address on the application.
