When you use your allotted plan data balance, your data service will stop working. If you need more data or minutes, you can purchase data add-ons or upgrade to a higher data plan at any time. Data add-ons can be purchased for $5 per 500MB through the Gen Care mobile app or by contacting our Customer Care Team.
