This article explains how an Atnt (external carrier) ports-in our Atnt (internal ) network:
1. When a number from Atnt (external carrier) ports to our Atnt(internal) network it will be placed under a Temporary Tmobile account.
2. If Port details(account # | Pin #) are correct, Vcare will perform a conversion from Tmobile(internal) to Atnt(Internal) in the backend (nothing needs to be done on your end)
3. Once the conversion completes (which usually takes 5-10 minutes) you will need to refresh the account until it shows it is active under Atnt network.
4. Customer, Dealer, or Street Agent does not need to know the back-end process, we will only inform Port in is in process.
5. One conversion is completed and the device is not working you will need to:
-Check the sim car # in the account matches the sim in the device
-Check coverage
-Check the device is compatible with the BLUE network (https://genmobile-website.telgoo5.com/BYOD.php)
-Troubleshoot device
6. If back end process is over 20 min and not completed you will need to transfer to Port Department (4021)
How to check Ports from Atnt (external) to Atnt (internal) Port In
1. Click on Port In
2. Click on TMB to TELGOATT Portin

You will see all Port from Atnt (external) to Atnt (internal) Port In, Final Port In Status Column will detail the transition the port has, going first to Tmobile and then converting to Atnt
There might be a possibility the Conversion from Tmo to Atnt does not complete, these are the most common reasons:
1. IMEI not match with master table.: check the imei ported in https://genmobile-website.telgoo5.com/BYOD.php most likely the imei is not compatible with the blue network
2. INPROGRESS::6G-PORT COMPLEXITY: this need to be addressed by Port Department
3. ACCOUNT NUMBER REQUIRED OR INCORRECT: The account number is incorrect/ this can be fixed in the Pending Port In Vcare tab
4. VZW NUMBER TRANSFER PIN NEEDED OR INCORRECT: this need to be addressed by Port Department
5. SubscriberNumber Is Not Eligible: this need to be addressed by Port Department
6. A Resource Required By Service Is Not Available: this need to be addressed by Port Department
7. T-MOBILE NUMBER TRANSFER PIN IS REQUIRED OR INCORRECT: The PIN number is incorrect/ this can be fixed in the Pending Port In Vcare Tab
8. Error From Carrier- Error!!sim Already Exists: this need to be addressed by Port Department
