It is important to identify the proper tagging while reviewing orders in the BO Tool. RTR Associate must select the correct tagging in order to identify the reason why an order or proof was rejected. Please see the details below:

1. Obvious Reason

1. Not a valid proof type

Any of the following can be used as a second rejection reason:

    2:

          Picture of picture/Photocopy
          Blurry
          PII covered/Missing Personal information
          Damaged

2. Applicant Does Not Match

Please do not use this tagging even if the Applicant Audit was tagged as No Face or Rejected due to Same Face (both ST Agent's Live Audit was on the left and right pane) unless the photo on the ID/proof does not match the Applicant Live Audit field.

3. Mismatch Information

Verifying the information must be in order:

  1. Name Misspelled/Mismatched
  2. DOB Missing/Mismatched
  3. Expired
  4. Address Missing/Mismatch
