The RTR Associate must confirm that the photo uploaded by the Gen Mobile Agent on the Agent Audit section in the BO Tool is the same person as the photo shown in the Agent’s profile.
- Agent's face/feature should be matched
- Make sure that the face of the agent is recognizable to identify if it matches the picture associated with his profile.
- Consider the background to check if the photo was captured in real-time.
Okay to approve if still recognizable
