In this section, it is expected that the proof should show the picture of the Agent on the left pane of the BO Tool while it should show the picture of the Applicant on the right pane. The RTR Associate must see to it that:
- the picture on the right shows a different picture of a person on the left
- no image is missing
- the persons in the photo are awake and aware that they are facing the camera
This attribute also covers verifying the Transfer Form Verification section. This applies when the Applicant is a transfer and has completed a Transfer Limit Exception Form. The RTR Associate has to:
- Check that the Applicant’s photo on the right pane is the same as the photo on the left pane and that this person on the photo is the same as the person shown on the photo in the Applicant’s audit section.
