How to choose the proper selection for the Applicant Audit field?

The RTR Associate must qualify or disqualify the proof presented in the Applicant Audit Section for the right reason:

Approved - Different Faces

• when the picture the Agent took during the application is different from the picture of the Applicant.

Rejected - Same Face

• when the picture of the Agent on the left pane is showing the same picture on the right pane.

Rejected - No Faces

• when there is no picture, the picture is not clear, or the picture can't be used to identify if it matches the Agent or Applicant’s picture.

• for Boost orders, the sales agent and applicant should both be in the store at the same time, both the background of the live photos of the Agent and Applicant should be the same, if not should be rejected as No Faces. (refer to email confirmation to Hugo dated 3/17/2023 with subject Applicant audit with different background).
