The RTR Associate must qualify or disqualify the proof presented in the Agent Audit Section for the right reason:
Approved - Same Face
• when the Agent’s picture on the profile matches the Agent’s picture uploaded in the Agent Audit section.
Rejected - Different Faces
• when the Agent’s picture on the profile does not match the Agent’s picture uploaded in Agent Audit.
Rejected - No Faces
• when there is no picture, the picture is not clear, or the picture can't be used to identify if it matches the Agent's profile picture.
