7-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
The 7-Day Money Back Guarantee allows customers to try mobile devices purchased from Gen Mobile’s website and Gen Mobile’s Rate Plan for seven (7) calendar days.
To request for a refund under the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee, customer must contact us within seven (7) calendar days of activating the services of the Rate Plan
Customer service will need: 1.order number 2. phone number, 3. ESN/IMEI number (if applicable).
Allow up to thirty (30) to forty-five (45) business days from the date of the Refund Request to process the refund. Refund issued will be total amount paid less the amount paid for shipping and handling. If customer was experiencing network issues and that is the reason why they are requesting for a refund, full refund will be issued including shipping and handling.
