Supplemental Document

If a document validates the applicant's information and address in either section (Photo ID or Supplemental Field), we can approve both as long as they're the same document.

Missing Personal Information/PII Covered, Apply to all proofs submitted in the Supplemental Document Field with missing information, whether it is used for DOB verification, Address verification, or Name change.

Not a Valid Proof Type, Apply to all invalid documents.

Federal Public Housing Assistance or Section 8 - (does not require a signature to be valid)

Other Scenario:

• Reject as “Not A Valid Proof Type” once a photo ID photocopy is uploaded in the supplemental document section.

Photo ID

• Photocopy or Temporary (Interim) copies of Identification Cards submitted in the photo ID field will be rejected as "Picture of picture or photocopy". (Reference EID: 3371607)

• Reject as “Digital Manipulation", If it is being Tampered/Modified or Manipulated.

• Reject as "No picture on photo ID" for EBT/Benefit cards that only have the name and no picture or signature (this includes SNN card).
