BackOffice Texas(TX) Lifeline Review April 11, 2024 - Gen Mobile will begin accepting Texas(TX) Lifeline applications. Texas may ask for additional verification of applicant information.

BackOffice - July 1st, 2024 Gen Mobile will begin accepting California(CA) Lifeline applications. California may ask for additional verification of applicant information. For California Lifeline (3/19/2025), they do not use the National Verifier. We will review eligibility to ensure it is acceptable as proof of eligibility. California also verifies customers and may ask for additional verification of applicant information.
