Last Update 2 months ago

Before reactivating an account (recover MDN) under the GSM network, the account must fulfill the following requirements:

- MDN must have less than 30 days as deactivated

- Must have been deactivated due to Plan Expired

- Must not be a ported-out number

*If the account has over 30 days deactivated, try the reactivation. If successful, inform the customer reactivation was processed.

If unable to reactivate, inform the customer we can not recover the MDN and the only available option is a new number

How to reactivate TELGOOATT and TMB accounts

1. Check notes to see if the account has less than 30 days inactive, or check "Disconnection" under "Other Information" column

2. Check Master Agent ID who activated the agent, as you will need to place the same.

3. Click on the red light "Inactive: button.

4. Change Account Status to "Reconnect."

5. Verify the payment method customers will prefer.

6. Select connection type: "Electronically."

7. Assign inventory to "Place Master Agent who activated account first time" (refer to step 2).

8. Click Update Status.

Reactivation should take 1-2 minutes.
