If a customer calls in to verify if a device is compatible with Gen Mobile, we should ask:
MEID DEC | Imei Number
Imei number can be retreived by dialing *#06#
Once you have the 15 Digit imei, visit www.meidconverter.com, enter the imei and use d
Once you have the DEC MEID, go to Vcare:
Click on Prepaid/Postpaid Orders
Click on Validate Device
Enter DEC MEID
Click on Check Device
