Reactivate an account under “Dispatch Disconnect”

First is important to know that the plan is already paid, and we can proceed to activate the account with a new MDN( no need to ask for payment)
1. Copy the ESN and paste it in the search bar on VCARE and select “Search Inventory”
2. If the ESN doesn’t appear as “Free” you must go to:
->Inventory
->Manage Inventory
->Change ESN/SIM Status and then select the status “Free”,
Enter the ESN and fill in the Master Agent, Distributor, Retailer, and Employee which will depend on the dealer or information from where the phone is coming from.
3. Once confirmed that the ESN status is “Free” proceed to new enrollment and perform the activation as usual.
4. The plan is already paid so there is no need to ask for a payment/pin/order number.
5. Once all the steps of doing the activation are completed and you receive the confirmation page with the new MDN you must program the phone with the new phone number.
