CDMA to GSM or GSM to CDMA

There migt be calls were you will need to convert the account from CMDA to GSM and the other way aroud, to do so, please follow these steps:
Open the CDMA account and click in "Existing Subscriber Port-in"

Fill in all the highlighted fields, everything else is auto-populated

In Portin With Carrier Change select "Yes" as we are about to change from SPR to TMO or the other way around.
NEW ESN: If changing from CDMA to GSM, place the GSM SIM Card #
If changing from GSM to CDMA, place the phone ESN(IMEI)
Select Plan: Select the plan the account currently has
UICCID: If changing from CDMA to GSM, this is not needed
If changing from GSM to CDMA, place the SIM CARD #
OLD ESN Status: Select "Make the old ESN/SIM available in the Inventory"
Reason OLD ESN: "Swap"
Who got it back (Employee LoginID): select the same Master that was on the account originally
Number to Port: Select the same phone number for the account

Swap Type: Complete swap as soon as port-in completes
Once we submit the port in, we need to approve the Pending Port out:
- It takes about 5-10mins for the request to show
- Find the MDN and click “Release MDN”

You should get this response:
MDN Released but the account was not disconnected in telgoo5 due to inter port in.
It will take about 20-30mins for the account to show the TMO account info


- Make sure customers can make calls and connect to data
- Reset network settings if needed
- It will take about 20-30mins for the account to show the TMO account info on VCare
Keep in mind our purpose is to convert all CDMA to GSM and stop activating CDMA accounts
