Change carrier assigned to an IMEI

When you're trying to add an IMEI to an account but it doesn't let you because the device is on another carrier you can make the change.

On the left side, you will see several options,
1.click on Inventory

2.click on Manage Inventory

3. Lastly click in Update Inventory

You will see two options in Update Features:
- Click on "Device"
In Upload Type:
- Click on "Single Unit"

When you do these two steps, several options will appear, in "Device ID" you have to put the IMEI, on Vendor(network):


If its an At&T device:               Vendor ATT: v1_1222                  Carrier TELGOOATT

If its a Tmo divice:              Vendor TMO: PWWTMOBILE Carrier: TMB

Finally, you can go ahead and complete the IMEI Swap on the account.
