Gen Mobile is going to provide a promotional offer for ACP customers who run out of data.

-ACP customers can purchase 3GBs of data for $1 when they sign up for auto-pay
-With auto-pay, they will be able to receive the additional 3GBs of data automatically each month.

Promotional Rules

This promotion is only available for ACP customers. Prepaid customers are not eligible to receive the 3GBs for $1 promotion. They will need to purchase data at the regular rates.

The promotion is not available online. 

It is only available for customers making credit card payments by phone.

The promotion is only available one time per month and will renew automatically each month as long as autopay is active.

Customers can only sign up for the promotion and auto-pay once per month

If they cancel auto pay after the promotion was applied, they will need to wait until their next billing cycle to purchase again.

They must sign up for auto-pay each time when they purchase the promotion.

The promotion should be offered to customers when they have used all their monthly data. 

If they run out of data from the 3GB promotion, provide a free 500MB top-up as a courtesy(if they have not received 1 within the billing cycle and they state they don't have money to add more data). 


After the 3GBs from the promotion and the courtesy 500MBs, customers will need to purchase additional data or wait for the next billing cycle.

Autopay confirmation script:

1) You have used all your data for the month. We can offer you an additional 3 gigabytes of data for $1. You’ll need to sign up for a monthly auto payment as part of this promotion. This auto payment will give you an extra 3 gigabytes each month. You can cancel this auto-payment at any time by contacting customer care.

or

2) Looks like you need more data. We can provide you an additional 3 gigabytes of data for just $1 if you sign up for a monthly auto payment. With auto payment, you’ll get an additional 3 gigabytes of data each month. You can cancel this auto-payment at any time by contacting customer care.

Required to disclose

After the suggested Sales Pitch we need to disclose

By enrolling in this $1 per month auto pay payment for an additional 3GBs of data per month, you certify that you are authorized to use the method of payment provided and you authorize Gen Mobile to automatically debit or charge you $1 per month. Your authorization remains in effect until you cancel by calling customer care at 1-833-528-1380. This authorization may also be terminated by your card issuer or Gen Mobile. Account Notation

All calls with this top up need to use the Autopay ACP Payment note type in Telgoo and Queue Metrics. 

Additional Information

-The additional 3GBs will be at regular speed.

-The top-up will be available in the Add Data Topup link.

-The promotion is for a limited time.  

How to add it

1. Go to the Auto Pay tab in the Quick Links.
2. Select the 1.00(61-$1 – 3GB Autopay) Data Top Up Plan.
3. Choose Day of Month as the Autopay Setting
4. Select the current day as the day of the month. Select the 1st of the month if the current date is the 29th, 30th or 31st.
For customers purchasing the top up on the 29th, 30th or 31st, provide a 3GB data credit and advise the payment will be collected on the 1st of each month. 

5. Enter the credit card and billing information
You will not need to collect a payment. It will be automatically collected after a short delay(unless it was on the 29th, 30th or 31st). It will also be automatically applied in the future on the day of the month that was selected. 


The data and payment will both be posted to the account within 30 minutes. Advise the customer of the time frame.
