Gen Mobile offers 30-day prepaid plans starting at $10 with different features. All plans include unlimited calls & texts, hotspot, free international calling to 100+ countries, and low-speed data at 128kbps after the advertised data bucket depletes.

- Light Data Users: Recommend the 8GB Plan
at $20/month. - Moderate Data Users:
Suggest the 15GB Plan for $30/month. This is the best deal and adds the most data compared to the previous $30 plan. - Heavy Data Users: Highlight the 25GB Plan for $40/month or the Unlimited Plan for $50/month.

● International Calling: All prepaid plans include unlimited calls to 100+ destinations.

● Plan Changes: Assure customers that they can upgrade or downgrade their plan anytime.
● No Payment Changes: Customers will pay the same amount and receive the new plans with more data. Their payment amount will not change.
-Each plan offers a 30 day service.
-If a customer would like to change their plan mid current cycle, they would need to pay the full new plan, and a new set of 30 days would start.
-Customers may cancel the Service at any time by contacting Gen Mobile. However, no refunds are allowed nor will any refunds be provided to you for any cancellation of Services
-The Rate Plan you select determines the Service Charges you must pay, plus any applicable fees, surcharges, and taxes.
-Service Charges include, but are not limited to, the following: (a) messaging charges; (b) airtime or voice call charges, as applicable; (c) data usage charges, as applicable; (d) international long-distance charges, as applicable; (e) activation charges, as applicable; (f) processing fees, as applicable; and (g) any charges or calls billed to your phone number. You are responsible for all Service Charges to your account, whether or not you were the user of the Device.
- Gen Mobile does not allow any unused Services to roll over.
-You are not entitled to any refund for any portion of your Services that are not used during the Service Cycle
-Your account will expire if no new or recurring payment is made.
-The account will deactivate if no new payment is made 30 days after the last plan expired.
-If a plan expires, the account will move to grace period.
-Grace Period is an extra 30 days in which the account will remain expired/active (they will have the free text the 1st 15 days), after the 30 days, the account will move to expired/inactive.
Unlimited Use
For any Rate Plan that includes unlimited features, “unlimited” does not mean unreasonable use. Gen Mobile’s unlimited voice features are provided solely for dialogue between two individuals and for non-commercial use. Other uses that disproportionately impacts the network capacities are considered to be unreasonable. Unreasonable voice use includes, but is not limited to, the following: autodialed calls, monitoring services, transmission of broadcasts, telemarketing, call center services, an abnormally high number of conference calling, calls, or messages, and/or calls of abnormally long duration. Gen Mobile’s unlimited data or messaging features are provided solely for purposes of email access, non-commercial messaging, non-continuous streaming of data (e.g., downloading files), and web browsing. While most common uses are permitted by Gen Mobile’s data and messaging features, there are certain uses that cause extreme network capacity issues and are therefore prohibited and in violation with these Terms & Conditions.
Gen Mobile’s data and messaging services may not be used: (a) to disrupt email use by others using automated or manual routines, including, but not limited to “auto-responders” or cancel bots or other similar routines; (b) to generate excessive amounts of internet traffic through the continuous, unattended streaming, downloading, or uploading of photos, videos or other files; (c) to maintain continuous active network connections to the internet such as via a web camera or automated machine-to-machine connection or peer-to-peer file sharing; (d) to operate hosting services; (e) to facilitate or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “spam,” unsolicited commercial or bulk email or messaging; (f) for activities adversely impacting the ability of other people or systems to use either Gen Mobile’s wireless services or other parties’ internet-based resources, including, but not limited to, “denial of service” attacks against another network hosts or individual users; (g) as a dedicated data connection; (h) for abnormally or unreasonably long data transmissions; or (i) for any other reason that, in Gen Mobile’s sole discretion, violates Gen Mobile’s policy of providing “unlimited” Services for non-commercial use.
Additional Notes
This change is part of a transition to new carriers. New prepaid accounts and Lifeline accounts will activate on DISHATT, DISHTMO and DISHMNO.
For customer communications, we will say America’s largest 5G networks.
DISHATT will be referred to as Sky, DISHTMO is Rose, and DISHMNO is Orange.
The old carriers are also color coded with TMB as Pink and TELGOOATT as Blue.

For these activations, there may be a slightly longer delay for ports and activations.
eSIM activations or swaps to eSIM from a physical SIM will not be available at launch on the new carriers. eSIM activations will still be available for TMB and TELGOOATT. TMB will also allow physical to eSIM and eSIM to eSIM swaps.
Accounts on DISHATT(Rose), DISHTMO(Sky) and DISHMNO(Orange) will have the North America Roaming Feature automatically added when a customer goes to Mexico or Canada. Customers will not need to call to activate it when they travel.
IMEI checker* updates, the carriers will show based on the color. A zip code is also mandatory to check coverage.
Rose will also cover Pink.
Sky will also cover Blue.
Orange is for DISHMNO only.
*Note: This does not reflect if a device is network locked, blacklisted, paid off, or internationally locked.
Dealer Updates:
For activations, a full 15-digit real IMEI will be necessary.
If a customer wants to complete a port activation at a dealer location, the dealer will need to enter a full address.
