The November Prices are available for Devices purchased in November 2023 (the “November Devices”) or as stated below.
Upon activation of any November Device, Distributor will receive a Distribution Credit of $70 (except where noted) and will owe the remainder amount. Any November Devices not activated on the Gen Mobile network within seventy-five (75) days of purchase, Gen Mobile shall charge Distributor, and Distributor shall owe Gen Mobile, the full November Price for the November Devices.

Except as expressly provided herein, all other terms, conditions, and provisions contained in the Agreement between the Parties remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with its terms. If there are any inconsistencies between this pricing sheet and other documents between the Parties, including the Agreement, the latest dated document used by the Parties control.
