Why isn't my phone eligible?

If your phone is not on the compatible phones list above, it is not eligible for Gen Mobile's Bring Your Own Phone program at this time. Here are some other reasons why your phone may not be eligible for our BYOP program:
· Phones or data devices previously reported lost or stolen or have not met all financial eligibility checks (free from contract and has no unpaid balances) are not eligible
· GSM phones must be 4G LTE compatible and VoLTE friendly
