Tablet Only ACP Accounts Overview
Gen Mobile will begin offering ACP accounts with the option to purchase a tablet on 11/23/23.
Eligible ACP customers can select a tablet-only plan.
It will not be eligible for ACP + Lifeline customers but may be available at a later date.
ACP Tablet Only plans will not be available for online customers but may be available at a later date.
ACP Tablet-only plans will include unlimited talk and text and the same data as the plans that come with phones.
In some cases, customers would need to pay at least $10.01 for the tablet(Tablet prices vary based on model)
Agents will activate a SIM and enter the tablet IMEI in the device 1 section.
The tablets have a 30-day warranty
Agents should verify that the tablet is compatible with the SIM carrier they are using(see the pic 2).
Tablet Only ACP Accounts Plan Selection
The only change to the process is in the plan selection section.
Customers will see the option to choose a tablet-only plan*.
*If eligible to receive a tablet because it is the first tablet they have purchased with the ACP discount.
All other parts of the application process remain the same.

- Tablet - ACP Only 7GB Plan
- Tablet - ACP Only 7GB Plan PS(Paid Services wallet plan upgrade ACP 7GB + 3GB)
- Tablet - ACP 40GB Tribal Plan
- Tablet - ACP 20GB MD(Maryland) Plan
Tablet Only ACP Accounts Compatibility
The table below is based on tablets available to agents as of November 2023. Available tablets could change in the future. The SIM is activated and the customer will then place the SIM in the tablet to use their data service. Although the plans include unlimited talk and text, they need to use the SIM in a device that has the ability to make calls or text to use talk and text services.
